Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Due to hygiene reasons, items such as hijabs and caps cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of the issue.
For size-related exchanges, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Please note:
Exchange requests must be approved before sending items back
Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the item is faulty
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
